I am a Life Coach, Visual Artist, Entrepreneur, and world traveler.  I am a fierce-loving mother, and a wife.

I am passionate about adventure and exploring landscapes – both outer and inner.  I am fascinated by the diversity of cultures and geographies in the world, as well as of understanding what drives our thoughts and actions.  Above all, I am dedicated to personal growth and discovery.

After graduating from McGill University in Humanistic studies, I spent nearly three years living and working in Japan.  I embraced the language and studied Japanese art forms such as Taiko (drumming), Kyudo (archery), and Sumi-e (Ink painting).  I also travelled extensively within the country.

Curiosity led me to travel solo for a year through South Asia, exploring places like China, Nepal, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Kashmir.  These experiences, as well as subsequent travels were transformative and taught me the importance and role of personal growth and human connection for our shared humanity and fulfillment.

Upon returning to Montreal, I built a successful marketing and distribution company with my partner, raised a family, and expanded my practice as a Visual Artist (annielalonde.com).  In more recent years, I focused on exploring inner "landscapes", which led me to become a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and to complete certified training in the "Dare to Lead" Program, based on the work of Dr. Brene Brown.  Through coaching, I have found purpose in connecting with clients, who can expect a personalized holistic, non-judgmental and supportive coaching experience focused on discovery, personal growth, and overall well-being.
